On July 10, 2024, I received a visit from a customer from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In the morning, my manager Richard and I set out from the company and drove for three hours to the Shandong truck site to meet the customer. Since the customer drove a long distance from Wuhan and was very tired, we took the customer to enjoy the local specialties after meeting. After a short rest, we accompanied the customer to our heavy truck warehouse and showed the customer HOWO dump trucks, tractors, medium trucks and other models. We took the customer to carefully check our different models from inside to outside and ignited the engine for the customer to test. During the period, we communicated the parameters and specifications of the HOWO 8×4 dump truck and HOWO tractor, and discussed the price and payment terms. The customer was very satisfied. Then we came to the trailer site, checked the rollover dump trailer, and communicated the price and parameters. It was getting dark, and the customer had to return.
